No addressable RGB cable in Aurora Fan pack?

  • No addressable RGB cable in Aurora Fan pack?

    Hi, Im from Malaysia and I bought a pack of Aurora fan from local distributor but unfortunately there is no addressable RGB cable. Its in the product description (https://www.in-win.com/en/fans/aurora/) but not in the user manual book (hard and soft copy from Inwin site where the product description is (https://www.in-win.com/media/fans/au...4028_73483.pdf) . Where can I buy that cable? Please do help me. I've sent an email to your support team but there is no reply (ID 20171022003). Really need that cable for my Aura sync. Thanks a lot.

        Hi. Just want to update regarding this post. In-win moderator team had PM me within 12 hours for the issue, and Malaysia distributor Jordan called me within 24 hours. Guess what, I got my cable within 48 hours after I posted this. What can I say, In-win at their best, super fast response in solving matter. I give full score for their support team, and I will always support In-win.
